30-day money-back guarantee
Pending confirmation
If Glion is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first purchase and you get the whole amount back. You do not need to give a reason.
- It covers the first payment for a Pro subscription, monthly or yearly: once for each customer, however many licences that first order was for.
- It does not cover renewals, or licences added later, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, or the payment was taken in error.
- For Ultra, refunds are as its order says.
How to ask
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles returns. So Paddle processes and pays every refund, to the payment method you used.
- Find your order at paddle.net, or follow the link in Paddle's receipt email, and ask for a refund there.
- Or write to [email protected] with the email address you bought with, and we ask Paddle to refund you.
Paddle says it issues an approved refund within 14 days. How soon it reaches your account after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
What happens to the licence
A refund ends the subscription it refunds, and the licence with it. The key is not renewed, and support and new updates stop. Please stop using the key.
Glion keeps running. Everything the Community edition does keeps working, and your data is never locked. There are no paid features yet. When there are: [HOW PAID FEATURES BEHAVE WHEN A SUBSCRIPTION ENDS, DECIDED BEFORE ANY LAUNCHES].
Your rights under the law
This guarantee adds to your rights; it does not replace them. Consumers in some countries, including the EU, the UK and Switzerland, have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period.Paddle's refund policy says where that applies, and for how long.
